Storing your breast milk is a really easy, convenient method for ensuring your baby is always able to have a healthy and nutritional meal- no matter where you are at the time. You can store breast milk in a refrigerator with at 4 degrees oC or colder for three to five days, or in a fridge freezer for 5 months. You can also store it at room temperature as long as it's no warmer than 25 degrees oC and it's for no longer than 4 hours.
