The following charges are for our standard delivery service. Please contact us if you would like your items sent on a premium service.
We aim to dispatch our stock items within 1 working day and aim to have them with you within a maximum of 5 working days. However, in practice items are usually with you within 2 working days. Overseas deliveries will take longer – please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. We will advise you of the anticipated delivery time for special order purchases.
We use Royal Mail First Class, airmail and Standard Parcel services and either Parcelforce or DHL for heavier items. We always obtain a proof of posting for items sent by Royal Mail.
We try to keep our postage charges as reasonable as possible. UK mainland deliveries start at £1.75 and will never be more than £5.00. Our postage charges are based on the weight of your delivery (see table below for guide) and will be calculated during the checkout process. Orders over £100 are free delivery to mainland.
International and Non-mainland UK deliveries are either by airmail or courier depending on the weight of the delivery and the restrictions of the delivery service. Please note that if you are not in when Royal Mail or the courier delivers a card will be left. It is your responsibility to arrange a convenient time for redelivery with the courier or collection from Royal Mail. If the item is returned to us and needs to be redelivered a further charge will be made before the item is dispatched.
